Mortgage Loan Options for Non-Contingent Offers

It's almost June! YAY!! Kids will be out of school for Summer and many families will begin their summer vacation travels. It's a fun time of year with the change of weather (we're hoping for some SUNSHINE soon) and fun vacations that have been planned for months. I know our kiddos are counting down the days until they're out of school. We're excited for a road trip planned with our camper to Idaho and Montana in August, it's our annual weeklong camping trip. So much to look forward to! 

What have you been looking forward to? Plans for traveling. Family and friends visiting. Maybe it's house and yard projects, or maybe you have been thinking about buying a new home but don't know where to start. It can all be very overwhelming to think about, especially when this isn't something you do often, but for me, this is what I do every day. It was very insightful, and all indications are that we will continue to see growth in home value appreciation. Interest rates may be slowly rising but they are still historically very low.
